  • Proprietary product architecture and nomenclature, including Treatment Blocks, Active Serums, ritual systems, and related product families
  • Formulation concepts, product descriptions, ingredient storytelling, and usage rituals
  • Website design, editorial layouts, typography systems, and user experience architecture
  • Photography, illustrations, icons, logos, and visual identity assets
  • Marketing copy, taglines (including “Essential Skincare Rituals”), and brand narrative content

Unauthorized use of our trademarks, trade dress, or copyrighted materials may result in immediate legal action.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with Site security, payment systems, or order processing
